How long does our methodology take?

That depends on the scope of your objectives and where you are now in your strategy development journey.  We have accomplished great things in just a 1 day meeting (a review for example) and at other times, via a series of meetings over several months (identifying the right response to fundamental industry change).  Sometimes we have been asked to participate in research and analysis – the preparation for meetings. That too can be just a couple of days or can be more.
